Even though I vacuum it up I am sure tiny bits are left in the carpet. Will this be harmful to my guinea pig in anyway? I dont want to harm her lungs or poison her.

I wouldn’t use it. You are right to think that there will be bits left on the carpet. It isn’t good to use any scented material around your pig like air fresheners. Therefore, I would assume carpet fresh type materials wouldn’t be safe.

You want to be safe and save money? Buy baking soda and sprinkle that on the carpet and vacuum. Got grease stains? Use corn starch and vacuum. The scented crap is usually nothing more than scented and overpriced baking soda with some chemicals and additives thrown in so they can overcharge you – no, it’s not safe for you to inhale, let alone for your pets.

yeah as long as you vacuum it up and dont put her down right after you do it she should be fine but still keep an eye on her make sure she doesnt nibble on the carpet
