This sounds like a stupid question but who cares. Haha(: I have a cat who is pretty tiny for her age she is 1 years old almost. And she is big as a 6month cat. Maybe smaller. I just wanna know if she is gonna grow how can you tell?

You don’t. Depends on what is in her background. And many times if the mother of a smaller kitten gave birth when she herself was just a kitten (4-7 months old), then all the kittens may not be normal size.
Average cats grow/develop up to 2 yrs old (larger breeds may take 3-4 yrs). So she still could grow more over the next year.

If she’s already a year old then she’s done growing. She may fill out some but won’t get any bigger.

If she’s almost a year old, she probably won’t grow much more, if at all. Some cats are just small.
