Okay so, I want a gecko, but my mom is freaking out because she thinks that gecko’s have poisonous skin. I’ve always known you have to wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling, but for a person like my mother, who doesn’t have a spleen, or a strong immune system, would it be poisonous?

On Yahoo Answers, the header usually goes, “Help, my pet is dying!” and they provide details that are extremely worrisome but the asker never follows up with what they did to save their pet. Why do people even bother posting these questions? The obvious answer is to take your pet to a vet.

Does this not bother others?
People post questions about their pets health, like: “Oh no! My dog broke it’s leg, should I take it to the vet?”
well, duh.
Sure, some questions deserved to be asked. But sometimes, they’re just not worth the time, when you could be getting your pet the help it needs.

I am trying to figure out what the demographic snapshot is of people who use the internet to find pet health information? If possible please show male vs female %, average age, income, and if they are single or married. Any other info would also be apreciated!

Yes I think so, When I was growing up my mum was at home and made proper meals, none of us were overweight and we ate 3 big meals a day. But we also got a lot more exercise, we were not sitting in our rooms at night, we went out to play.

My dog Duke has always howled sometimes at the neighbor’s kid jumping on the trampoline,sometimes when walking and people are passing by.
Why? Is that his way of saying hello or saying this is my human leave her alone?
